Cozy 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home perfect for family reunions, business groups and vacation - and it's only a 15-minute drive to the McCarran Airport, Las Vegas Strip and the North Premium Outlets.
Very close to popular shopping, dining, and entertainment, including Red Rock, Downtown Summerlin and Mini Grand Prix. A local park, restaurants and Freeways are less than 5 minutes away!

This home includes, among other things:
- spacious backyard
- available free parking in the driveway & garage
- Roku TV in the living room
- Washer & Dryer (laundry detergent and fabric softener provided)
- two full bathrooms with tub
- cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt, etc.)
- coffee maker (coffee, sugar and creamer provided)
Other things to note
Smoking is strictly prohibited! There will be a $700 cleaning charge for smoking inside the house, please avoid doing so.
NO parties allowed.
Fee for losing garage remote $35.
If available, early check in / late check out have a $35 flat fee.

We, family of 6, stayed for a week and everything worked out. Full kitchen for cooking whatever. Shopping centers and eateries all around the neighborhood. Close to the freeway for easy access to the strip. Only downside was that first step off the main entry of the house, which Perla mentioned before we got there. My dad had a hard time remembering the step so we just lined our shoes around the ledge. All in all 5 stars.

The house is in a great central location, with many restaurant and shopping options. It was super clean and has a great use of the space. We loved staying there and will definitely rent it again when we come back!
