We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The only drawback for us was the street noise.

We had a team of professional surveyors stay here and it was a wonderful home away from home for an entire month. The house is so thoughtfully decorated and appointed, we really couldn't ask for more. The owners were easy to reach and chat with if we ever had questions.

This is an amazing property. It feels like a comfortable home, not just a rental property. Excellent location in a safe neighborhood, close to Summerlin casinos and a short 20 minute drive to the Strip. Mark is an exceptional host, super responsive, as was the property manager, Aaron. Great walking/ hiking areas, farmers markets and awesome restaurants.

We had a great experience. The kitchen cooking utensils were extensive. The stove has a griddle. This house has many of the ammenities that make it feel like a home. The hosts were amazing, as well.
