The location and apartment were amazing.
Bus stop right outside the door was so handy.
A lovely view over the beach.
Apartment had everything we needed for cooking.
Would definately stay again.
The only thing we didn't like was flying in at night and having to go to Burleigh Heads to collect keys.
Then have trouble with lock box. Code didn't work.
Then flying out very early in the morning and having to drop keys back to letting agent.
A lock box at the apartment block would be much easier and less stressful after a flight.

Clean
Response by managers was slow

The location was excellent. The property and area was quiet and peaceful. The unit itself was very clean and well provisioned with extras not normally found in bigger complexes.

Beautiful view of ocean
three construction sites next to it, also renovation next door with drilling all day.
Very dusty!
Keys drop off is very inconvenient, why can’t you allow leaving keys in the apartment?
