The location is excellent. A supermarket, about a dozen restaurants spanning the full range of prices and several national cuisines) and other eateries (e.g. a fish & chips shop), and two wine outlets are all within one kilometre. The beach is about five minutes away on foot, and a bus stop is directly outside the block of apartments. The amenities are excellent; it had everything you would need to live there permanently. The price ($170 per night) represented very good value.
I can't think of any improvements.

Central location and close to the beach.
Every day tea coffee etc provided.
Please leave long life small milk for future guests.

The location was good however there was construction going on next door and also construction within the apartment building so any thoughts of lying out peacefully by the swimming pool or sitting out on the balcony was completely dashed.
On arrival we noticed straight away the floors had not been cleaned properly. We had to sweep up quite a lot of sand and the floor hadnt been mopped underneath the dining room table, Also the dishes had I think been put through the dish washer but there was baked on food on a lot of them so we felt we needed to wash the whole lot. Not a great start.
