Surfside Court - Hosted by Burleigh Letting

Beachfront aspect was exceptional. Unit on level 4 & view of surf was amazing. Right height not to be annoyed by walkers on path below. Unit had great amenities both in kitchen & bathrooms eg salt, pepper. Very private & great size unit. Only 2 of us, but 3 bedroom unit.

There was only one main key to garage & complex entry. There were 2 unit door keys. Didn’t like that there was so many keys & not swipe cards or fobs. Garage secure. Definitely needs an upgrade to air conditioning. No fan in living area. Ok as we stayed in winter.

The location was amazing. The apartment was perfect for a family of 5. Any issues we had (minor) were dealt with quickly by the real estate.

There isn’t any air conditioning. The sea breeze was lovely, but it was really hot and the ceiling fans just weren’t enough.

Close to the beach. Easy to walk to cafes for lunch/breakfast.

Not enough side lamps. Makes it hard when two people are in the bedroom Someone was drilling in another unit making incessant noise

Loved the location.

Some parts of the house need renovation or repairs. A bit too old specially sliding doors and windows. I didn't like the after hours staff member, specifically the guy. Who didn't provide me with instructions on how to get into the apartment, even though I told him that I'm with kids he was ,so provocative, which i tried so much not to get to that level with him. He made me do the identification check over again although i had done it 30 minutes prior to my arrival to pick up keys. I had to call after hrs more than 3 times, and a lady staff finally sent me instructions.
