Appartement F3 avec 2 chambre aéroport Orly à 20mn

L'appartement est conforme aux photos, très propre et spacieux avec tout le matériel pour passer un bon séjour. Il y a de la place pour se garer et le logement se situe dans un endroit calme. En tout cas notre séjour était très bien

L’emplacement

The apartment is situated in a quiet area. It was easy to park the car on the driveway. The key was in a locker next to the front door. The owner provided towels, even though this service was not mentioned as being included. When we sent a message to tell them that there were only 3 towels while we were with 4 people, they came over to bring more. The WiFi is working well. You can scan a QR code on the modem to get access. (In the beginning it was unclear to us how to get access to the WiFi. It would be helpful if the owner would provide instructions about how this works.)

When we arrived, we had not yet received the code to open the locker with the key to the front door, even though I had sent a message on the day before to ask how we could check in. I had to call the owner twice before they sent us the code. The dishwasher was broken and still full of dirty dishes. When we tried to turn it on, it showed an error code. When we filled the sink with water to wash the dishes manually, it turned out that the overflow drain pipe (i.e. the little drain on the side of the sink) was leaking, and all the water flowed into the cabinet below the sink. The main drain was working correctly. We were here during a heat wave. The apartment was very warm. Although the specifications said the apartment would have airconditioning, we didn't see any. When I asked the owner about it, they did not reply. We opened the windows to let in some fresh air, but there are a lot of mosquitoes, and no fly screens on the windows, so we got bitten by the mosquitoes a lot. The door to the bathroom is hard to close (you have to push really hard; my 9 year old son couldn't do it). The door to the garden is hard to open (you don't need a key to open it, but you do have to pull with a lot of force). The bed in the main bedroom is very uncomfortable. The electric wiring is in a bad state. There is no meter cupboard: the electric wiring there is uncovered. Some wall outlets are loose. The owner asked for a deposit through Swikly. They did not release the deposit within the 7 days that are mentioned by Booking.com. The deadline for the deposit release that was mentioned by Swikly was 3.5 months after our actual departure date. When I asked the owner after 8 days to release the deposit, they said they would look into it, but they didn't do anything. I had to ask them again to release the deposit manually begot they actually did so.
