The cleanness and equipment in kitchen and bathroom. I have every thing which I need. Easy check in and near Supermarket such as Aldi.

They were going to build some new items and it the constructions operation was a little noisy.

Quite location

They didn't clean the room on my arrival and I have to ask for the clean service the day after. It is really uncomfortable to sleep in a room used by someone you don't know.

Great stay.

Was clean and the little yard is very nice, feels more Mediterranean style and colors. Bed was comfortable. TV was big and we spend nice homey moon couple days there.

I would improve the bath tube with flowing water outside and most importantly the towels, hotel or guesthouse without towels is very nonreal. I would add salt and some little spices at the kitchen. Thank you.

100% worth it!

Was clean, freshly renovated, supper convenient, we had almost everything we needed from cutlery and pots to all the cleaning products and fairly fast Internet. The parking was available in front of the property all the time. Neighbours were really quiet also. That was almost perfect for us. For such the price we didn't expect to get such the nice studio. We love personal space and peaceful stay, so it was great experience for us. Thank you!!!! We will recomend this place for our friends too!

Pillows was as thin as paper, we like to sleep on higher and more firm pillows so if you are the same as us you might consider taking your own pillow with you. We went to Action shop to buy them, the shop is 10 mins away and it has everything if you need hygiene products whitch property doesn't provide. Also the towels. You will need to take them with you, or to buy in action. Our advice for the owner would be to get proper translated list in English, becouse if you translate it on Google its not clear and confusing. Also shower bar was missing, but that's a small things whitch was easy solvable. Definitely plesant stay after all! Couldn't ask for better for this price!]

Great for young couples looking for a quiet retreat away from busy center.

2 bus stops away from the rail station (15 mins walk), 40 mins away from central Paris - 8.70€ return ticket for the day per person. Clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. Separate bedroom with a double bed, comfy living room with a dining table, a sofa and a large tv; a small kitchen with all the basic dishes. Electrical heating in each room. Iron, microwave, washing machine, hoover, hairdryer, coffee machine, mop. Wifi works well. A great alternative to a hotel room, if you are someone who also enjoys cooking, doing the laundry and feeling at home away from home.

Sofa-bed slightly broken if you try to turn it into a bed. The lock on the main door is a bit rundown (needs a bit of a slam to close/open), but still manageable.

- the neighborhood is quiet

- no towels - no salt, pepper, oil, spices.... - the place is much smaller in real - the owner was hard to reach and honestly quite obnoxious - when we asked for help regarding the WiFi he implied that if it wasn't working we were the one responsible for it and wasn't able to provide any help whatsoever - the password for the WiFi isn't working - the bathroom is quite unpractical - the place could've been cleaner - a few items in the rooms were broken (decoration)

Overall, a great stay!

The property is pretty close to the Paris Orly airport. Also, well connected to the city center via rail and bus. It is a quiet place within a residential area. The kitchen was great! The place was clean. If you come to Paris by air, and land at Orly, you can surely pick this place to stay. It is also close to some super shops. The owner was really cordial and helpful. We could leave our luggage at the place at 13:00 hrs, three hours before the actual check-in time at 16:00 hrs. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Being in a residential area, it seems too quiet at night. You should be extra careful not to disturb the people living around. Also, if you want to take flights leaving at around 6:30 or 7:00 hrs or earlier in the morning (even from Orly) you might find it a bit hard to manage a transport to go to the airport at that hour. So, plan your travel hours accordingly.

Logement idéalement situé pour un accès facile aux transports en commun et à Paris.

Studio mal isolé avec une salle de bain froide et humide. Les ustensiles de cuisine, notamment les poêles avec revêtement en très mauvais état, sont à jeter et nous ont empêchés de cuisiner lors de notre séjour. De plus, une prise qui sort du mur représente un danger pour les enfants.

Le seul point positif calme

Tout, salle de bain désastreuse Douche 60x60 avec un rideau pourri Lavabo il s agit d un lave main. Odeur d égout Casseroles qui sentent le poisson et brûle Obligé d acheter des casseroles. Aeration trou dans le toit avec un tuyau qui sort. Escalier dangereux Porte d entrée ne s ouvre pas complètement Obligé de se mettre sur le côté pour pouvoir entrer. Fenêtre qui s ouvre pas. Vu sur les toits tôles toutes rouillées. Fils électrique extérieur qui pendent. Ce n est pas une residence on se croirait dans un hôtel pour les clandestins. Pavillon avec une cour extérieure ou des il y a 8 logements certainement sans conformité vu l aspect. Détecteur de fumée absent. Sur l annonce parking gratuit a proximité La rue et les rue avoisinantes sont en zone bleue Obligé de changer le disque tous les 90 minutes. Population qui reside bizarre. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette location, nous avons écourté notre séjour de 2 jours. A fuir... à proscrire Nous n avons jamais vu ça Vraiment déçu 😞

- Appartamento troppo piccolo per un lungo soggiorno (necessità di organizzare gli spazi al centimetro) - Sciacquone che fa spesso rumore anche se non utilizzato (fastidioso soprattutto durante la notte) - Non pretendo di avere il caffè per 8 giorni, ma se siamo una coppia mi aspettavo almeno 2 cialde per provare il caffè, non solamente 1 - Mancanza di beni essenziali in cucina (Es. Zucchero) - Pulizia buona ma non perfetta (Es. Formiche nella doccia)
