Location, decor and staff really good.
Smallest bathroom known to man with a flimsy frosted glass door so no privacy. Although location was brilliant for everything around it also meant party goers could hear until 5am then started the street sweeping vehicles then after than the church bells started sounding not only the hour but every 15 minutes.

Staff helpful looked after our bags before and after check in & out rooms where different from the norm but in a good way would definitely recommend to a friend

The bed was very comfortable
The room was far too small for the size of the bed - couldn’t move around comfortably. The lamp lighting was far too dim for the room.
The TV and remote didn’t work properly.
We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the mirror light in the bathroom and so had to sleep with with it on all night.
The frosted glass of the bathroom door doesn’t work at all - it’s awful. No privacy!
We had phone calls to our room throughout the night, as other drunken guests were phoning our room trying to get reception.
The soundproofing is also inadequate - we could hear the couple next door talking, laughing, making noise.
Some of the fittings were cheap and shabby - black finish on shower fittings were peeling, bedside lights were cheap and plastic. Bedside tables were not level, so items you put on them kept falling off on to the floor.
For the price of the room, it just didn’t feel luxurious or comfortable.
