We had a wonderful time in Berchtesgadener land and really enjoyed your warm welcome. The flat is very well appointed and was spotless when we arrived. I particularly enjoyed the view over the mountains from the balcony and delighted in having breakfast there in the morning sunlight! Your house is also really conveniently located: close to buses, a bakery and picturesque konigssee so it makes a great base to explore the area. Your love of flowers also gives the place a touch of charm and happiness! We most certainly will be back before long! thank you so much!

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, gepflegt und mit einem Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Sie liegt in Unterschönau in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die zentrale Lage läd zu Ausflügen ein, ob nach Berchtesgarden, Bad Reichenhall, Königssee oder Salzburg - alles ist innerhalb von einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Keine 5 Minuten entfernt ist eine kleine Pist und andere erreicht man innerhalb von 20 Minuten. Wir haben uns leider überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt in unserer Ferienwohnung. Das fing bei dem eiskalten Flur an, wenn man ins Haus rein kam und hörte bei dem Sofa in der Wohnung auf. Es war zwar Wlan vorhanden, aber leider brauchte man mehr als nur Engelsgeduld um eine Seite aufzurufen da die Verbindung immer wieder zusammen brach. Das Sofa lud nicht zu gemütlichen Fernsehnabenden ein da man sich weder bequem hinsetzen noch hinlegen konnte - außerdem roch es muffig. Die Lieblosigkeit mit der wir emfpangen wurden gefiehl uns ebenfalls nicht. Ob es die fehlende Handseife im Bad war oder die halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier (blöd wenn man Samstagabend ankommt) oder die Tatsache, dass man gezwungen war täglich abzuwaschen da es nur 4 Teller, Gläser, Messer usw. gab. Was uns aber am meisten gestört hat war die Kälte in der Wohnung. Obwohl wir alle Heizkörper vollaufgedreht hatten (durchgehend) und mehrfach bescheid gesagt hatten - war es nicht möglich sich in Tshirt oder ohne Decke in der Wohnung aufzuhalten! Unsere Beschwerden wurden leider auch nicht ernst genommen! sondern uns wurde eher noch das Gefühl gegeben zu übertreiben! Wir hatten auch täglich Besuch. Jeden Tag stand der Vermieter vor der Tür um zu fragen, ob alles okay wäre. Ansich eine nette Geste, aber wir wollten eigentlich Urlaub machen und unsere Privatsphäre haben. Leider war das nicht so recht möglich... Unser Fazit: Schade das wir für diese Woche auch noch Geld bezahlen mussten!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung,ordnung, Einrichtung und saugerkeit 1A!!!!! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. Vom ersten Tage an hatten wir ein sehr gutes Verhaltnis zum Vermieter,kein Wunsch wurde abgelehnt. Seit neuestem gibt es auch einen W-lan anschluss für Leute die es nicht lassen können ein Notbook mit in den Urlaub zu nehmen.(wie uns) Wir haben uns schon für das nächste Jahr angemeldet. Absolut zu Empfehlen.

Wir waren die letzten beiden Augustwochen bei ihnen zu Gast. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Die Wohnung liegt ideal. Wir konnten uns bestens erholen, wegen der ruhigen und doch sehr günstigen Lage. Bushaltestelle, Bäcker und Gaststätten liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten können zu Fuß erreicht werden, wie z. Bsp. Jennerbahn und Königssee. Vom Balkon aus konnte man eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Berge genießen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und höflich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit noch mal wieder, da es noch viele herrliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Dank nochmals für den schönen Urlaub.
