About this villa rental
The stunning luxury Villa Morelli will captivate you from the very first moment. Furnished with great attention to detail, the villa is an oasis of tranquility and is just 10 minutes from the sandy beach.
You enter the villa via the terrace, which features a covered lounge area, a heated pool (6 m x 3.5 m), and an impressive view of the sea and dunes.
High-speed internet, a BBQ, books, games, a PlayStation 5, Netflix, international TV channels, and a ping-pong table round out the amenities.
The accommodation
On the upper floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, one of which features a large double bed (180 x 200), a private bathroom, and a balcony with a sea view.
The second bedroom also has a sea view and a cozy double bed (140 x 200).
The third bedroom features a comfortable pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200) and can also be used as an office.
You’ll find a TV in all three bedrooms.
There is also a second, small bathroom on this level, but we think you’ll much prefer to shower in the secluded outdoor shower with a view of the sea.
The Italian kitchen is fully equipped, and you’ll find a gas grill on the beautifully landscaped back terrace. A washing machine is, of course, available for your use.
A highlight of the villa are the two living rooms—they’re a dream come true, especially for parents traveling with teenagers :-) While the kids try out all the games on the PlayStation, parents can sit comfortably on the sofa in the lounge area and relax. This guarantees a dream vacation for every member of the family.
Guest Access
The villa is located in one of the best and most exclusive residential areas. The villa is the topmost of five completely independent villas in a small, private complex. This means that our guests must treat the villa and the surrounding neighborhood with respect and consideration. Therefore, parties or playing loud music are strictly prohibited!
You can park your car in the covered parking area; from there, it’s just a few steps to the entrance and the elevator, which will take you directly to the villa. You can also use the stairs to get to the house, but we think you’ll prefer the elevator.
Additional Important Information
The beautiful sandy beaches of San Agustin are just 10 minutes away (you can easily walk to the beach).
Within just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find several restaurants, bars, a few supermarkets, paddle tennis courts, mini-golf, and—just in case—a pharmacy and the excellent private hospital, Clinica Roca.
