1. The location seems safe.
2. The place was clean.
1. Had to wait long to have the gate opened for us, because the gate key wasn't given to us. We had to pay a deposit for it if we wanted it, but this was not communicated beforehand.
2. When we arrived no one came to meet us. It was like they weren't expecting us even when they eventually came to meet us after numerous calls from us.
