This is a fantastic property! Our group didn’t feel on top of one another and the highlight would the be the amazing lanai with pool. It’s also within driving distance to the beach.

This is our second visit to the house and is a big hit with the family. We had 5 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog and had plenty of space. It is well equiped both as a house and also for pool use and beach visits with plenty of water and beach items to use.

The responsiveness of Sandy Beach was exceptional. Very easy to work with. The house was as pictured and clean. Easy to get to and close to the beaches. We did not use the pool because of the cold and rain. The property was beautiful.
While the house showed well, the furniture left much to be desired. It was as if it were bought to stage the house rather than be comfortable. Not sure that was going on in the master bedroom but there was a cold (as in hide under the blankets) wind that crossed the bed nightly. Not sure if the windows need replaced or what. The other bedrooms did not have that problem.
