Drop your bags in the spacious entryway as the sunlight shines throughout the open floor plan. You may be tempted to settle into the comfy great room to watch the large screen TV; but don't miss any of the numerous amenities that Bethany Bay and Bethany Beach have to offer. What to do first -- play a round of golf on the challenging, executive nine-hole course, play tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, basketball, fish, kayak, walk the nature trails or take the kids to the playground. After your busy morning, head back to your accommodations for lunch in the cheerful sun room. It's time to enjoy the large community pool and hot tub or take a short drive to swim and relax at the ocean in Bethany Beach. Head back to your fabulous rental home to make dinner in your fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy your meal as you talk about the day's fun on your sizeable deck and watch the sunset. There is more than enough room for everyone to enjoy a movie or game night in your comfortable great room. Each of the 3 en-suite bedrooms includes a shower/tub experience and a good night's rest. A total of five queen beds are located throughout the 3 bedrooms. Let the breeze of the ceiling fan or the comfort of the central air lull you to sleep. Wake up to a quiet morning and have your coffee while rocking on the front porch, or wander through either of the 2 sets of sliding doors to the deck and sink into the inviting couch. Perhaps you will be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of some of the local wildlife including deer, heron, fox, and even an eagle! Dream about the day ahead. Will you visit some of the numerous local shops, play a round of putt-putt miniature golf, or maybe head to the boardwalk or a morning stroll along the beach. Stop for lunch at one of the many savory eateries. Don't forget dessert at one of the many ice-cream or candy shops. You can't go wrong here. While enjoying the town of Bethany, don't forget to pick up some treats for breakfast from one of the delicious bakeries. Maybe tomorrow you will have time to enjoy one of the local farmers markets, a concert on the boardwalk, or movie night on the beach. The list of things to do in Bethany is endless. The owner is providing 8 pool passes. Any additional pool passes will need to be purchased by the tenant, though children under 8 are free. Included in the rental fee are the following amenities: pickle ball volley ball tennis playground jogging and walking trails basketball court kayaking launch fishing pond 9-hole par-3 golf course (a nominal greens fee will be assessed to the tenant) For your convenience, the owner does provide 8 beach chairs and 1 umbrella. Please note this is a non-smoking home and pets are not permitted, no exceptions. The owner is very allergic to pet hair and dander.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $190.50.
