Water-view condo with 4 beds - 3 baths in Ocean View, DE, close to beaches and state parks. Great amenities in a family friendly community with walking trails, bike paths, swimming pool, and a par three golf course. Condo is on the third floor (Unfortunately, there is no elevator.) and has a large screened-in balcony with spectacular views of the Indian River Bridge. Relax while the sun sets and the bridge lights up the night sky. Come and enjoy all beautiful Bethany Beach has to offer.

We love this location. Our Host was very friendly and responsive. We were even offered an extra night stay since the weather from hurricane Erin was so rainy for three days during the week.

We had a great vacation and highly recommend staying here for vacation. The community is awesome and the drive to the beach wasn’t too far away.

We had a wonderful time in this unit! Lots of space for everyone and plenty of bathrooms so no waiting. Lots of activities to do so no one was bored. Will definitely consider stay here again in the future.
