About this house rental
Come enjoy this exceptionally beautiful sanctuary! Relax in your own 2 bedroom villa with private pool, stunning tropical gardens & fountain, all mod cons & the feel of a Bali resort! Enjoy poolside sea breezes or walk 6 min to pristine sand at South Golden Beach & great local cafe. 20 min drive to Byron Bay nightlife or relax at home in a peaceful oasis. 2 queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms inc ensuite spa bath, sofabed in lounge room, 75" TV with Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc, unlimited wifi :)

This home is beautifully decorated, perfect for couples, friends sharing or families with older children (sorry not suited to children under 8).
You have all the comforts of home & many guests say they wish they could stay longer :)
The master bedroom has beautiful views of the surrounding lush, tropical garden & sparking pool. A walk in wardrobe, queen size bed with very comfortable high end "Wenetex" hypo-allergenic mattress & luxury linen & fine cotton sheets plus reverse cycle air con/heating. The ensuite has a deep bath tub with spa jets, perfect for romantic bubble baths for two!
Natural bath products & magnesium bath salts provided.
Bi-fold windows above the bath overlook a nature reserve.
Whilst in bed you have beautiful pool & water fountain views which can be lit up at night with colour changing spotlights which look amazing!
This Springtime, jasmine flowers are in bloom just outside the bedroom with a beautiful scent.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, a big picture window overlooking trees & own bathroom next door.
The pool & garden area is very private, not overlooked by any neighbours. The swimming pool uses the healthiest sanitizer system "Enviroswim" which uses copper/silver and virtually no chlorine.
A large, well equipped modern open plan kitchen with gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine & grinder, top of the range alkalizing water filter for drinking water. Large dining table.
A separate lounge room/TV room with leafy outlook. Brand new Sony Bravia 75" smart TV with all TV channels, Netflix, Stan, Disney Plus & Amazon Prime.
The lounge is big enough to be used as a single sofa bed (with prior arrangement). Large bi-fold doors open out from the dining area onto an outdoor covered deck with Queen size daybed & 2 arm chairs. Outdoor gas BBQ in garden, dining table & 6 chairs.
2 pool loungers.
Fast NBN unlimited download via wifi (or a wifi free option with cabled internet). Please note mobile reception can be a little weak inside the house at times, mostly fine to receive & make mobile calls but texting can occasionally have some weak spots indoors.
4 guests maximum please. Sorry not suited to children under 8 (the deck has a drop between heights with no barrier in places, not ideal for young kids).
All linen and towels inc beach towels provided. All windows are insect screened. Ceiling fans & reverse cycle air con/heating in every room except the 2nd bedroom which has a standing fan & portable heater. This house has high ceilings, large eaves & sea breezes so it stays very cool in summer.
A perfect place to unwind, a romantic holiday for couples or fun filled family holiday with so much on offer in this area. Mornings are beautiful down at the beach or by the river, afternoons reading or lounging by the pool, sunset drinks on the deck! Many weekly local live music gigs, yoga classes, kayaks & bikes on hire, fishing, whale watching, etc.
The local surf beach has a patrolled section with life savers during school holidays.
We have a spare surf board with leg rope & wax under the deck that guests are welcome to borrow (at your own risk).
A mobile professional massage therapist can possibly be arranged to come massage you at the house during your stay. Hawaiian & Deep Tissue available. (Message for more information).v

You have your own entrance to your self contained 2 bedroom home, private pool & garden not shared or overlooked by any neighbours. You share a driveway, front steps up to front landing and laundry underneath the house is shared.
Other things to note
Included is complimentary milk, chocolate, coffee/tea, & healthy muesli. Feel free to use condiments/cooking oil & anything in the cupboards.

The home is lovely, my husband and I stayed with my 86 year old mum, it was lovely and relaxing we were visiting family in the area. The master bed was firm as were the pillows, but that is personal preference. The owner meets you at the property to welcome you, which was something I hadn’t experienced before. My impression from VRBO ads, state that there is no personal contact with the owner. The home was not ready at 3.15pm when we arrived, ( check in was 3pm) the owner was still locking up cupboards and removing her personal food from the refrigerator and freezer. With that being said the owner is a lovely person, but I was still surprised as I have rented many properties in the area, and never had the owner be at the property upon arrival.

Our family of three spent 5 nights at Talia’s gorgeous home in South Golden Beach. We could have spent 5 weeks, we loved it that much. Private location, comfortable furnishings, short walk to beach. Talia is a fantastic host and we felt so welcomed. We hope to return someday.
