This property is quaint and perfect for a quiet getaway. Location is fantastic.

This property is managed by Jenny at Ocean vibes property Management, a local agent nearby. As a frequent guest to this part of the Northern Rivers, I have used many agencies for short stays. This experience was by far the worst I have ever had with an agent. Our stay went well until the day we checked out. Shortly after, Jenny had taken photos of the rubbish inside the bins (weird) and sent them to me demanding I pay $125 extra for a private company to dispose of this or, travel back to the house (3 hours away) and dispose of it myself. Our stay was Friday to the following Sunday, 8 nights. We are diligent rule followers and respect the fact we are staying in someone else's home. The bins were put out for council collection on Friday morning when they were emptied. For the following 2 nights we had amassed 2 medium sized bags of rubbish which were placed into the wheelie bin. This woman harassed me and refused to take multiple calls from me when I tried to discuss this with her and resolve the situation. I feel strongly that other guests staying at this property or utlising this Agent be informed of her tactics. Please also note that you will be required to pay a $1500 bond on top of the letting costs for your stay which is not clearly outlined. I wish for this review to not detract from others staying here, the spot is wonderful.

Beautiful location.

The property manager continually harassed us via email with so many rules from start to finish. She ignored us when there was an actual problem with the oven not working and all she wanted was us out on the dot.
