Discover this townhouse in the heart of Houffalize, a tourist town in the Belgian Ardennes, known for mountain biking.
This townhouse is perfect for 6 people with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
After a nice walk or an attraction, enjoy the tastefully decorated rooms of the gîte or the balcony with a view on the Ourthe while eating a nice barbecue.
On the ground floor you will find
- a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, nespresso coffee machine and raclette machine.
- a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
- a balcony overlooking the Ourthe with a gas barbecue
The 1st floor is composed of :
- a washing machine and tumble dryer area
- a bedroom with a double bed, a bathtub in the room and a washbasin with separate toilet
- a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
On the top floor, you will find :
- a lounge area with television and a relaxation area
In the basement there is a relaxation area with two extra beds.
Houffalize is a well-known tourist town and is known as the mountain bike capital. There is a bike and mountain bike hire shop just a few metres from the gîte. There are many signposted walks in the area. Go to the tourist office to obtain a walking map or to get advice on what not to miss.
