Outdoors, this beautiful property features a seasonal inground swimming pool (summer only), a firepit area, a lovely stone terrace—furnished with umbrellas and chairs, an outdoor table, and loungers for maximum relaxation—handsome rock walls, a playset, a pond, and manicured gardens. The sunsets from here are spectacular! The home is also situated a stone's throw from the popular Pinnacle Trail, making it easy to beat the crowds for an early morning hike.

Inside, the large kitchen is a dream for the chefs in the group and the massive island is perfect for those who prefer to watch. An adjacent table invites casual meals with a view to the pool area, while a formal dining table to seat ten is in the room next door. A wide brick fireplace separates the dining area from the living room—both are flanked by large windows with views toward the mountains.
