About this house rental
Enjoy magnificent sunsets and sweeping views of Mt. Mansfield from your perch high atop Dewey Hill. This sophisticated, contemporary home offers open living spaces connected to well-appointed patios and decks. A gourmet kitchen opens to the main living and dining area, which is stylishly furnished and accented by beautiful stonework and fireplace, while a special experience awaits in the private theater and audio room. Awake to an incredible alpine view from a primary suite with a gas fireplace and private second floor deck. A secondary suite located on the lower level has its own living space with access to an exercise area featuring table tennis, rower and other equipment. Two other spacious bedrooms can be found on the top floor.

We stayed here for 5 nights between Christmas and New Year's and can't say enough good things about the home. The owner clearly pays attention to all the little details, as the home was magnificent. The photos don't do it justice how beautiful and well appointed the home is. The property, the heated garage, the massive mud room greet you when you enter. The enourmous kitchen, dinig and living rooms are all open, which makes the first floor a great space for the family to hang or host a larger group. There are 3 bedrooms including the master on the second floor. The master bathroom and closet are enourmous and the views from the master bedroom are stunning. With a gas fireplace, it's the perfect way to wake up and simply enjoy the views of Mt. Mansfield. There is ample storage in all bedrooms, which is always a challenge when traveling, but with great closets and dressers, we could actually unpack and not have to live out of our suitcases. There is an addiitonal bedroom in the basement with another large bathroom. While technically the basement, it has a walkout door, with plenty of natural light. The crown jewel in our opinion was the movie theater, which again is not done justice with the photos. We ended every night watching a movie or two, which felt like we were in a theater, only more comfortable. All in all, this home felt like we were staying at a highend luxury resort.
