The space
Inspired by western ski towns and the beaches of California, the design of The River Birch is one of a kind.
The relaxing private front porch welcomes you to The River Birch unit. You enter the bright and newly renovated townhome and your eye is instantly drawn to the unique herringbone designed electric fireplace that holds a 50" Smart TV. There is a designated desk with plenty of outlets, and fast WiFi for you to work or play. The living space is bright and open to the eat-in kitchen featuring loads of storage, a bar that seats 3 and a dining set that seats 3. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and essentials to get you started on your cooking as well as takeaway coffee cups. You will find an assortment of complimentary k-cups in the drawer beneath the Keurig K-Cup Duo.
The doorway in the kitchen will take you down to the master suite, as well as the utility room with the washer/dryer, utility sink and ironing supplies.
The lower level suite boasts a queen sized bed, 40" Smart TV and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful tile walk-in shower. The bedroom offers a nice closet with luggage rack and surprise built-in storage under the TV for all your belongings.
On the top floor are two hotel worthy bedrooms, both uniquely designed, with queen sized beds. They each are outfitted with Smart TV's, blackout curtains, sizable closets with luggage racks, and hangers to stow your things.
Off of the kitchen is a private back porch with a Juliette cafe set for you to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Just past your private porch is the common backyard with ample green space for playing games or lounging in the sun. There is a common patio space with a custom built outdoor sectional and Adirondack chairs so you can cozy up to the fire table, day or night!
There is a single stall garage for you to park in while you stay with us! There is also ample on street parking just out front of the building.

We also have a beautiful communal outdoor living space equipped with a propane fire table (instructions on how to use are on the table - if you have any problems don't hesitate to reach out!). One of my favorite Vrbo’s I’ve stayed at. All the bedrooms are amazing and the living room is so welcoming. Great location with plenty of street parking. Would stay again!

A gorgeous condo. Convenient location in the heart of Grandview and close to Upper Arlington. Very well equipped with all the necessary accoutrements and then some. They even provided terry cloth robes. It is one of 3 attached walk up townhomes in a very safe neighborhood. Communication with the owner was timely and check in process was easy. They provide a garage but we parked on street right in front of the place - much easier. We were there over Christmas holiday and were greeted with a fire in the fireplace, a lit Christmas tree and a lovely "welcome container" providing home made hot chocolate, marshmallows and candy canes. I will be back
