About this house rental
Beautiful comfortable home with every amenity, stunning, dramatic high ceilings and spacious indoor and outdoor living and dining, two smart TVs with netflix etc. Ac in 3 bedrooms but not the common area. Ceiling fans everywhere. Private pool, and you’re also just steps from larger community pool for your laps (and kids!) 24-hour security! Lush landscaping- parrots, hummingbirds and butterflies all day long. Nice restaurants just a short distance away but total tranquility here. Minutes from gorgeous Playa Carillo- 15 minutes to Samara for lots of restaurants and nightlife, and 15 minutes from Camoranal big surf. This is nota typical'rental' house it's beautifully appointed home that the owners share occasionally Inaprivate, quiet community.not a resort.

I have rented many times before on VRBO and this property is one of the best so far. Lynn, the host, was very communicative from the start which made everything easy and smooth. The house is lovely. We used the pool almost every day. Loma Verde is a beautiful gated community with stunning mountain views and well kept landscaping. It also has a large pool across from the house which was great for lap swimming. The house has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay. This includes a well stocked kitchen and beach chairs and boggie boards. Its close proximity to Playa Carrillo made it seem like we were living at the beach. I look forward to renting again!

Very impressed with the home. The gated community was great. The town and especially Carrillo Beach were simply stunning. We barbequed under the palms almost every other day. Mostly fish but a few Costa Rican hot dogs. I think Carrillo Beach is one of the best kept secrets of the Pacific Coast. We will vote with our feet and return next year. THANK YOU Lynn!!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lynn and her team were amazing to work with and any questions were responded to with lightning speed! The home is perfect for chilling by the pool, bird and monkey watching, fixing great Costa Rican dishes in the kitchen and is also close by to the beautiful Playa Carrillo and the town of Samara. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to enjoy Pura Vida!
