Pool area shabby - chairs peeling paint
Mainly- got sucked in by low daily rate then hit with exorbitant cleaning fee

I submitted photos of food stuck on furniture, hole in the sheet, stained pillow etc. I was initially excited to stay in a place that prohibited pets due to my allergies; however cleanliness was still an issue. When reporting concerns and making requests, at times I felt that I was communicating with artificial intelligence as the responses where contradictory and inconsistent with my concern/request. As for the location on the beach it was perfect.
