About this apartment rental
**Starting March 1st, the HOA will be charging $50 per week for parking passes. You will purchase them separately from the reservation. Parking passes have to be purchased before your arrival date to get this current rate or they will be $10 more. You will get an email and/or text to do this. If you book the same day, they will be the higher rate. The onsite management reserves the right to raise this rate without our knowledge.

Shipwatch provides a relaxing retreat, a fun-filled trip, or a mixture of both for any of its guests. With its prime Ole River location, this condo offers first come first served boat docks, boat launch, and fishing pier. Staying at Shipwatch is truly the best of both worlds, as it also offers access to the wonderful, white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast just across the street! Enjoy both the Ole River and Gulf of Mexico vacation experience at Shipwatch. ***To bring a boat and trailer, we will need proof of insurance and you will purchase a $100 pass for the duration of your stay to use the boat launch and docks.
Amazing amenities onsite include two outdoor pools, (one gulf front & the one bay front, each with a gazebo), hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room, sauna, and more! Very clean and plenty of room for our crew. Had a few issues but maintenance was helpful to resolve in a timely manner. Pleasant surprise to find the place had an ice machine in the kitchen. Also had a crockpot which was nice to preparing lunch with ease. Disappointed the hot tub on the property was no longer available. Only thing I found lacking was some quality pans for cooking. Plenty pots and pans just well used and could use an upgrade. Overall would return in the future. Probably pools and beach access we great. This is on the bay side but we didn’t mind the walk across the road. The pool on the bay side was fantastic and the kids liked it best.

We loved our stay here. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Loved the sun sets on the bay. The beach is located across the very busy road. You could walk there if you wanted bit we did not try. We had too much stuff. We would definately stay here again.

Everything about the actual room was perfect. Very comfortable place! Loved the access to the fishing, pools, and beach. The only disappointment I experienced was maybe that the hot tub was not functioning, and hadn’t been for a year, due to the last hurricane debacle. Might want to get that cleared off of your sight. Otherwise, a fantastic stay.
