3. This resort is Smoke-Free. No Smoking in condo, on balcony or common areas.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Overall, I would recommend & stay again. Easy access to beach & pool! Saw lots of dolphins. Parking good. Riverside is nice to walk over to explore/fish/play tennis etc. Gas station across the street and florabama bar on the beach easy to walk to for live music on the beach. No complaints on comfort of beds. Could have more dresser space in the 2nd/3rd bedrooms. There were some issues but maintenance was prompt in fixing the issues. There were several other minor issues : there was an oder in the master, patio chairs were not in the best shape and need to be cleaned/repaired/ or replaced by owners. Closet doors not on tracks or difficult to open/close. Pots/pans scratched tephlon and plastic cooking tools not ideal but common ( I'm use to stainless steal which is my personal preference). Lots of extra tools and appliances (like a croc pot) not sure if it was mentioned in the listing but it was useful for easy meals.
