This property is for couples or families that want to reconnect with nature and enjoy the River! There is 15 acres to explore, a private beach, outdoor games, river tubes, canoes, kayak, and several fishing spots. Pack your camera before heading because this property sits next to Hodgson Mill. This particular mill is reportedly one of the most photographed in Missouri. This serene setting is like a painting with a fresh Spring waterfall. Make a full week or weekend visiting our private property. You can float down the Bryant to Warren's Bridge, visit Bull Shoals Lake (Pontiac Cove Marina), or dine at the lovely Rockbridge Restaurant for Dinner. Beautiful, peaceful, private. We have stayed in a lot of nice places and this could very well be the best of them. This property has a lovely private access to Bryant Creek (which many people call a river due to its substantial flow) just downstream from the mill/spring where we played in the creek for hours without seeing anyone. The house was very clean and neat. A bonus is the nice, newly-built outdoor shower (w/ hot water) on a clean concrete pad. Top-tier host who covered all the necessities along with lots of special touches. We are looking forward to visiting again!
