Sleeping up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms (2 kings, a queen, and 2 fulls), the property is designed for groups who want space, comfort, and adventure all in one place. Spend your days kayaking and paddleboarding on the lake, hunting at nearby Jones Point, or hiking scenic forest trails. When the sun goes down, gather on the covered patio around the fire pit for s'mores and starlit evenings.
Inside, you'll find everything you need to feel at home — a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, and Starlink Wi-Fi to stay connected while you're on the property. The mornings here are something special — grab a coffee and catch the sunrise over the water before the day begins.
The private dock is perfect for fishing, swimming, and soaking it all in. Feel free to tie up your boat during the day — just note that overnight mooring isn't permitted per Army Corps of Engineers guidelines. A winding path leads you down to the water, with the walk varying a bit by season with Bull Shoals' water levels. Cell service can be spotty in the area, but Starlink keeps you well connected on the property.

We had a great stay! The property was easy to find while still maintaining privacy. It was cute, clean, and the beds were super comfortable. As a coffee drinker it was nice to be able to have a complimentary coffee as I enjoyed the lake view from the toasty warmth of the house.
