Modern and spacious apartment with ocean and Old City views. Just 2 blocks from the beach and bay, and 5 minutes from the historic center. Great for solo traveler or remote work (desk available)! Access to the pool, jacuzzi, gym, and private parking.

THE SPACE
This comfortable apartment features 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, a living-dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the balcony with beautiful ocean views. The bedroom has a double bed for a restful stay.
You’ll have fast Wi-Fi, 2 cable TVs, air conditioning, hot water, and fans for your comfort.
For your beach days, we provide towels, a small cooler, and portable beach chairs. There are also board games and ping pong paddles for your entertainment.
GUEST ACCESS
You’ll enjoy full access to all the great amenities in our building — the pool, kids’ pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and parking. We’ll happily try to accommodate flexible check-in and check-out times while making sure everything is perfectly cleaned before and after your stay.
Smoking isn’t allowed anywhere in the condo, including the balcony.
If you’re bringing a car, kindly let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can register your vehicle and arrange parking.

Great apartment everything was perfect. Only downsides were no clothing washer or dryer, however it was listed properly. Elevators were extremely hot and slow; could hardly breathe in them. Lobby was also extremely hot with no a/c. Check in was very (45 minutes) slow and very hot in lobby. Plus sides, basically everything except what was mentioned above. Beautiful apartment completely stocked with everything needed and then some. Located in a great centered area minutes from the beach. Be careful on the beach our flip flops were stolen right in front of us! I highly recommend this apartment!

We had a great stay in Cartagena! The apartment was walking distance from many stores and restaurants, as well as the supermarket. The apartment itself was very clean and had all the important items in the kitchen. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. The pool was great, we really enjoyed that feature as well. The host answered all our questions promptly and was super helpful to whatever we needed. Would stay here again! Thank you!

The property and condo were just as advertised and the check-in process was easy. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. Carolina responded to messages immediately and was helpful in answering my questions. The condo is within walking distance of 24-hour supermarkets and we felt comfortable walking throughout the area. My traveling partner and I truly enjoyed our stay! There's no question of where to stay in Bocagrande!
