About this house rental
Feel right at home in a well maintained, modern setting comfortably designed for six. Pack lightly as everything is here for you. The open space fills with natural light to rejuvenate the spirit. Slap on the sunblock and grab your favorite spirit for a relaxing day at your private pool. This is where the majority of your time will be spent. Rotonda is an active community with 4 golf courses, biking paths, hiking trails & tennis courts. Hop in the car for a short drive to gorgeous beaches.
The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed.
Rotonda is peaceful community situated near the beautiful Gulf in Southwest Florida. It is located mid-way between Sarasota and Fort Myers. Residents are predominantly full-time homeowners with their families, as well as tenants and those who winter in the community. There are four golf courses on site. Thirty miles of picturesque canals, lakes and ponds wind through the community and offer fishing opportunities for its residents. Many exotic birds and other wildlife call Rotonda West their home. Nearby recreation facilities, beaches, theaters, sporting events, and fine restaurants are available for all.

Home is clean and sanitized after each stay. We will try to accommodate early check in's but the sanitation of the home is top priority. We appreciate your patience.
$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the check out list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. The list is provided for you in the home.
Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your desired start time.

The house was very clean when we arrived. The layout of the home was nice with the master bed/bath on one side of the house and the other bedrooms were on the other side. There were beach chairs and a few coolers that we used. There were extra beach towels for our use. One sun umbrella was broken. We were told the master bedroom had a king size bed but it was a queen. We also specifically rented this home for the pool and the spa. The spa did not work and when we asked about it were told the pump was not operable. This was a major disappointment and the property description did not indicate this. We also paid extra for pool heat but it did not warm up much so we asked the pool person to adjust it when they came to clean the pool. We pretty quickly received a text from the property manager saying an app showed that the heat had been adjusted. We explained we asked the pool person to adjust it because it was not warm. Property manager was ok with this. We did enjoy our stay but feel the property should indicate the spa does not work on the VRBO listing especially since homes with pools and spas are more expensive to rent and we paid for a home with a pool and a spa but the spa did not work.

Enjoyed the property. Was furnished with everything needed. Only complaint is the hot tub did not work.
