Very cosy, rustic timber house "Lindefjeldbu", 347 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, built in 2004. 12 km from the centre of Åseral/Kyrkjebygd, 45 km from the centre of Evje, 85 km from the centre of Kristiansand/Airport, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 2.5 km from the lake. Private: natural garden 1'700 m2. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Bus stop "Eikerapen" 250 m, sandy beach 2.5 km, bathing lake "Storevatn" 2.5 km, lake Øre 2.5 km. Minigolf 100 m, fishing possibilities 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Eikerapen Gjestegård 100 m, Canoe rental 100 m, Guided horseback riding tours 100 m. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
