Very beautiful, cosy, rustic timber house "Vinterro", 390 m a.s.l., built in 2004, surrounded by trees. 12 km from the centre of Kyrkjebygd, 79 km from the centre of Mandal, 84 km from the centre of Kristiansand, in the district Eikerapen, 3 km from the lake, 10 m from the stream, in the countryside. Bathing place. Private: natural state property 800 m2, parking at the house. Shop 12 km, bus stop "Fiskland" 5.3 km, railway station "Audnedal" 43 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 84 km, lake Øre 3 km. Fishing possibilities 2 km.
