This immaculate home offers an air-conditioned living room complete with a 42″ TV and recently remodeled bathrooms. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with every appliance needed to whip up delicious feasts and beach snacks for the group. The screened porch sets you up for fun times for eating without pesky bugs and enjoying that 'out-of-doors' feeling during those warm summer nights. Are you riding in on your motorcycle? There is secured and enclosed parking for up to four bikes! Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, DVD player, high-speed WiFi, propane grill and canoe.

Beautiful home, lovely view, clean, convenient location, owners are very friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay here and the dock was extremely convenient for our boat rental. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained and our dog loved playing in the nice grass. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Moultonborough NH! House was clean with great access to the lake which our dog and 1.5 year old were big fans of! Lots to do in the area and the host was very friendly, offering great recommendations!

We had a wonderful weekend with our kiddos. This property is perfection and the most wonderful hosts. We will def be back next summer.

We were right on the lake with a sandy beach and a dock to tie our boat up at. The boat launch was in Center Harbor, but a two-hour sail brought us to the property. There was also a paddle boat, a paddle board and a kayak.
The house was clean and comfortable. It comfortably slept four, plus a convertible sofa in the living room would have slept two more.
Lovely! Owners who lived next door were very accommodating.
