The cottage is nestled in the woods and is located just 10 minutes from Meredith. It is well-equipped and has just about everything that you need.The owner's house is down a path from the Cottage. They are gracious and allow lake access. They have a beautiful dock. It did feel a bit odd going down there because it is in their back yard. The cottage is great for 4-6 adults. Any more than that would probably feel crowded in the main areas of the cottage. There is a great screened in porch that we really enjoyed.The refrigerator has an ice maker; there is a k-cup and a regular drip coffee maker that takes regular filters (not the cone shaped). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Appsolultly loved the house, property and lake. Weren’t able to use the canoe or kayak because of our dog but there were plenty of beach towels available to jump in the lake. Ran into the owner and he gave us directions to another “dog friendly” beach across the cove. The fur baby had a blast running and jumping in the water with the other dogs. The weather was hot but each bedroom had air conditioning. Plenty of shopping and great restaurants in Center Harbor, Moultonborough and Meredith Harbor. Highly recommend

The house was perfect for our football weekend at Plymouth State U. Slept 8 of us very comfortably. Kitchen and living space were exactly what we needed.
