About this villa rental
This is a stand-alone villa single-story villa for 2 to 4 guests located in the upper part of Coral Estate Resort. The villa has an extended living room, and through French doors, you find yourself on the porch with a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea. Your private pool is located here as well.
The villa has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and two basins, has French doors that open onto the porch. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. The fully equipped new refurbished kitchen has an oven, 5-burner stove, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer.
The villa has a washing machine, cable television, a home cinema set, telephone, and WiFi and suits a maximum of 4 guests. The surrounding yard has been beautifully and naturally landscaped and offers lots of privacy.
Casa Flamboyan is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkelling. On Coral Estate Centre you will find the beach, the spa, restaurant ‘Karakter’, rooftop bar ‘Bar Koraal’, the bakery, gift shop and the dive shop.

Casa Flamboyan is a lovely place to spend a holiday. The open layout of the kitchen/living/outdoor area is spacious and offers many different places to sit. The sun sets right in front over the ocean and you can only see nature from the pool. The property is mostly private with mature trees on both sides.There are a variety of songbirds who live there and spend days around the property. There's also lots of beautifully colored iguanas roaming around. There is a stairway to the resort center and restaurants a short walk from the property. We loved not driving and having an after dinner walk. The one thing that I did not love was the mattresses. It's outdated and firm. I actually wouldn't rent here again based on this as sleep on vacation is so important to me. Also, the second bathroom is outdated. It may work for children but it would not be great you're sharing with another couple. In addition, the second bedroom has no view as it is on the road side of the house.
