Peaceful 3 Bedroom Villa W/ Private Pool &Seaview- Nearby beaches - Coral Estate

Four (4) of us stayed in this home. Two (2) of us for 10 days and four of us for 6 days. The home was as advertised- including the refrigerator that was VERY difficult to open. The dryer did not work and the maintenance guys came and took it away. It would've been nice to have a dryer but that was minor. The location is lovely and it was great to have a private pool.

First off, the pool and view are incredible and WiFi worked well for working remotely. Issues abound though. The refrigerator leaks water, so much so that the tile is rust stained. The refrigerator requires a lot of effort to open. I can't exaggerate this enough; you can literally pull the refrigerator across the room by the door. The person checking us out couldn't get it open and said she would starve. The patio around the pool was missing about 40 tiles. Not just a couple tiles, but a 6 square feet section was missing tile. The concrete under the tile was painted to match the color of the tile, but the paint was even peeling up. The oven door does not close completely. There was construction next door that sounded like they were jack-hammering concrete for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. The toilet in the master bedroom leaks a little at the flusher. I thought the blender was dead for 4 days before I realized it was my fault, while waiting for someone to replace it. My fault, but indicative of the type of response you'll get when something is wrong. There is a charge for excess electricity usage, but no way to know what that threshold is or how much you've used. After booking, I received an e-mail that despite renting a 3 bedroom, I was only allowed to use 2 bedrooms because we only had 3 people. Using the 3rd room would incur an additional charge. Villas are very close to each other and you can see people and hear normal conversations on either side.
