This single-storey pod has a studio-style layout with a double bed, a kitchen area with two-ring electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker, a dining area and sitting area with a 4G Smart TV, and a separate shower room. Outside there is private off-road parking, a private decking with furniture, hot tub and barbecue, and a communal firepit. Within 2.3 miles, there is a shop and pub. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed. Note: This property does not have WiFi. Just seven miles away, the market town of Dumfries offers a fantastic day trip with its beautiful architecture, entertaining attractions, and charming River Nith running through it.
