The living areas in this single-storey cottage consist of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, a dining room, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a wrap-around garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. You'll find a shop in 6.9 miles, and a pub in 7.2 miles. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but please, no smoking in this property. A travel cot can be requested upon booking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Marr Cottage is a rural base for a nature-filled trip to Dumfries and Galloway. Note: Farmland surrounds the property.
