we arrived after hours and collected our keys from a lock box.
Great location to local restaurants. Everything in Burleigh heads was walking distance.
Restful and quiet despite its proximity to major roads.
We were a party of two however the unit is very suitable for large family groups.
Overall the unit needs a good deep clean. It was generally ok but lacked attention to detail that I would normally expect in a property at this price point.

Location
The neighbours, there’s an old man in the block keeping an eye on everything. Left a nasty note on our windscreen saying the car would be towed if parked there. Not a nice welcome

The location was really good. The property was equipped with adequate tools for cooking and cleaning.
The place was a bit dusty most especially the sofa. I don’t normally notice dust, but I had to take some medications for allergy
