we arrived very late, but the Security Guard was there to assist, basement free parking was good and easy, elevator was close to our car parking area, instruction to get house keys & codes were excellent

only 1 bathroom has a water heater, expected at least 2 out of 3 bathrooms must be installed with water heaters, melamine mugs should be replaced already with 4 to 6 glass mugs or similar type, it looks bad & stains, should have plastic water jug to transfer water from kettle after cooling period, should have at least 4 to 6 plates as a standard kitchen item, pool is not really well maintained.

There are a couple of things about the property. I appreciate our last-minute booking, to begin with, and what we liked the most was the view from the living room windows. The panorama of mountains in the morning was magnificent. We also felt convenient that the property has enough beds to accommodate our family of six with four children aged 8, 10, 12, and 14.

It could improve overall cleanliness.

Welcome main entrance (Guard House) is a bit disappointed. It can be upgrading with entry and exit area because it was closed for one entrance.
