communication was good a bit of a language barrier but we over came that overall great stay will be going again

the pool doesn't open until June ! could do with a information pack re busses places to eat and visit

Check in was a shambles, the lady was whatsapping me, but I had no data roaming, so didn’t get the messages, I didn’t even know the number of the apartment, or how to get the keys, so had to keep calling, to her annoyance. Terrible smell, partly due to a wet tea towel being left in the mouldy washing machine. Had to buy washing liquid and soak it for two days, as it was the only one. Floor wasn’t very clean. Got stuck in the bathroom twice, as the sliding door is faulty, had to always leave it open a bit, so lack of privacy. Shower door needs attention, seals broken, so it’s come off the bottom rail. Couldn’t get the kitchen hob to work, the toaster tripped the electrics, so couldn’t use it, no baking trays for the oven and combi microwave. Had to buy a chopping board and tea towel. and all chopping knives are blunt. Pool and bar/restaurant were not open while we were there. The second bedroom is really a single room, with a double bed squeezed in, so you have to wriggle down to the end of the bed to get off it. Spanish tv only, so useless to English only speakers.
