Having breakfast in front of the tranquil sea view on one of the two balconies was bliss. The property itself is spacious and well decorated. The building is secure with private entrance accessible by residents only, and is only steps away from the popular promenade of Plage de la Croisette.
There were repeated conflicting messages received (chase for deposit, check out times), presumably because the property is managed through both bookings.com and another letting agency. Like some other reviews, there is a sense of lack of generosity - understandable for consumable items such as coffee capsules or tea bags, but not for essentials such as toilet paper (or perhaps salt and pepper, not needed for myself for this visit). Admittedly, more toilet paper was supplied for my 6 night’s stay in the end.

Very spacious appartement, Gorgeous decor and location right on La CROISETTE and the beach. The balcony on the 7th floor has a beautiful view of the Carlton hotel and the sea. Made our stay in Cannes very special!
Unfortunately the cleaning is not done properly. The property was cleaned before we checked in however it’s in need of very deep cleaning. There is grease in the drawers, dust in the corners. Also the pillows and comforter are old and need an update

le lieu et l'espace sont excellents, l'immeuble est très classe et l'accueil professionnel.
ma seule légère critique : on cherche les prises électriques, et la commande de la lumière est peu intuitive, à avoir à l'esprit si une rénovation de l'électricité est prévue, ou peut être fournir une notice qui aide à trouver les bonnes commandes et les prises disponibles.
