Cozy Flagstaff Studio w/ Patio - Near Dtwn!

La ubicación es inmejorable, caminamos al centro de la ciudad en varias ocasiones Pasamos la vispera del año nuevo con una magnifica cena que pudimos preparar gracias a que la cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario. El lugar es acogedor y de buen gusto

We arrived in Flagstaff early and Justin let us leave our luggage in the apartment hours early which was great. Apartment was clean and new and had all amenities. Easy walk to downtown coffee shops and the station.

Liked the key pad entry; comfy king bed; full kitchen; great shower; dedicated parking spot; outdoor patio with table and chairs.

No black out window coverings. The room had a large, east facing window by the bed and the entire room was fully lite up at sunrise. We weren't happy with waking so early because of the sunlight.

Comfortable unit for 1-2 people. Very comfortable King size bed. Nicely appointed kitchenette. Two burner convection cook top, countertop oven/toaster, nice sized refrigerator perfect for an extended stay. Coffee maker and coffee grinder as well as all silverware, knives, etc available. Washer/Dryer in the unit, new and works well. Outdoor propane BBQ, high tech and works terrifically. Grilled some of the best chicken ever thanks to the electronic temp sensor. Heats to exact temps with LCD readout. Nice small outside deck and patio area, mostly private. Bathroom is nicely appointed with huge stand up shower. Linens and bedding all available. Nice size clothes closet and dresser. Small sofa and beautiful wood burl table. Large screen OLED or QLED TV screen, wall mounted with swivel so you can watch in bed, from the sofa, kitchen or deck with Apple TV and Netflix for use. I was able to log onto my Sling account to watch the NBA playoffs while there as well. Perfect! Blue tooth connections to overhead speakers. Great way to play music from your cell phone. Lighting is great throughout, dim-able in kitchen and over bed. Fun overhead disco ball that spins and is lit up for an interesting ambient lighting.......no parties or discos though. :-) Overhead fan, Lennox wall mounted mini split heat pump/AC which I never had to use during my stay. Owners are great and will respond to requests or answer questions. Double J as I came to call them. Wonderful location, near downtown but the neighborhood is excellent. Historic, eclectic, friendly folks and a great place to walk.....a lot! Nearby parks, close to the Lowell observatory (walkable), the latter which I did to take photos of the full moon rise. Unfortunate for me, there was a lot of cloud cover. Within easy 4 block walk to the Amtrak station. Wish I had brought or rented a bike to explore further. That might be an idea for the owners....a couple of bikes for use by guests, at the guests risk.

Could use a screen door on the entry door as there are only 2 operable windows and a cross breeze would be awesome. Also to keep any gnats out as well as the constantly falling cottonwood tree fluff! ;-) Blackout curtains might be nice in the sleeping section of the room but there was no outside direct light penetrating. Larger grocery stores are a bit of a hike if on foot but there is a Natural Grocers within in an easy 20 minute walk and that satisfied all of my grocery needs.
