A spiral staircase takes you to a lofted area offering additional sleeping space with a queen-sized bed, a half bathroom with a shower and sink (no toilet), and partial privacy while still being open to the main living area below. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, though note there is no dishwasher. Cozy up by the gas fireplace in the living room for a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for chilly mountain evenings. Step onto the balcony to enjoy Flagstaff's crisp mountain air. Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Upon arrival we found some things that needed attention. We contacted the owner and they sent someone out within a couple of hours to repairs. Central to the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, Bearizona Wildlife Reserve and Zoo, and Winslow.

The condo was very clean and had great views. Location was great and lots of walking trails for pets. Parking was easy and the complex was very quiet and nice place to unwind. It was small but easily accommodated family of 3. Staff was very responsive regarding questions and check in/check out process. I loved the link they texted out to guide the stay!

We were very surprised by how small this property was in comparison to online pictures. The loft was useless to us- we are fairly fit women in out 60's but the loft stairs were amall enogh for a child only. No way to get a large suitcase up there as well.
