Excellent stay for families in JBR

My family loved the location, the cleaners, and the friendly staff. The staff was easy to reach via whatsApp and always happy to help out with our inquires. They were warm and professional. The housekeeping are on alert 24/7 for any requests. The area is well-served with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets as well walking paths. All in all, we have a wonderful stay and highly recommend staying there for families.

Nice option for family vacation

Perfect location, not very new but clean appartment, big rooms, nice view to marina, supermarket, pub and laundry just in house. Beach located 2 min by walk. Marina beach promenade with all shops and restaurants 1 min by walk

Family with a 1 year old baby

The apartment is big enough with unbelievable views over the palm and the marina , well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and also a wash machine, and looks better than the pictures . Also, privilee beach access is a big plus if you stay more than 5 nights, we went to different places every day. Overall, it was a great stay since we knew we booked an apartment, not a hotel room. we actually expended our stay with another 5 days and decided not to move to the hotel since we were with the baby and had a huge space for him here and everything we needed. It is a big apartment, clean, and if you are able to understand English and read directions and notes, everything goes smoothly 😀 after booking you get all the details and if you are not able to understand or need extra info you have a contact there who has whatsapp and they answer really fast and are very helpful

Booking is asking about what i didn't like, and i will mention a few aspects: 1. one of the bathtubs is leaking but is not such a big inconvenience since you get plenty of towels and if you want you can arrange with an additional cost cleaning every day(i think) 2. We were at floor 34 and still could hear the traffic and horns, but when you book, you know the apartment is in the heart of dubai marina ( all the action is there) i don't think you will be able to find an apartment in that area and not hear the trafic ( if u want quiet time go to the palm) 3. To get in and out of the marina is pretty busy, but none of this can be solved by the host as i said you are steps away to the beach and boardwalk and all the craziness, when you book you have to know what are you looking for . We loved it, and we will definitely get back soon

Shame the unit wasn’t taken better care of.

The property had a few issues with the toilet and toaster. The biggest issue we had was the roaches in the kitchen. Really not acceptable. Property management company were really poor when it came to resolving the pest control issue.

The appartment is very big and clean. The location is 5 stars. The reception answer all my mesages very fast and they were flexibel to give us late check put.

We didnt get message that there is an alarm test. So we be afraid when they did test😁.

If the apartment is on the Marina side, we can hear the dense car traffic and especially horns at night, but that was minor.

Property was clean and it was as per photos and described online. We loved staying at this property and would love to come back

We really loved everything about this property - the only small thing and I am really nitpicking here are the wood flooring in the bathroom. I think they are more laminate but with water around they tend to buckle which some had but this really was not an issue for us and easily fixed by putting some towels down.

Fantastic place to stay in JBR.

My family and I stayed at this apartment and it was perfect. Exceptionally clean and furnished with everything we needed. The location is excellent, right next to the walk in JBR. Communication from the host was prompt and access to the apartment easy. Highly recommend and will stay again.

This place has a convenient location: 5 minutes from the sea; there are several grocery stores; nice view from the window. The place is located in the center of tourist attractions (beach, promenade, shopping center, cafes and restaurants).

Excellent, spacious apartment in a great location

Fantastic location, easy to find, check in process good. Beds were v comfy and the place was very spacious. Would highly recommend.

The coffee machine had a non-UAE plug, so could not be used until we bought an adaptor! Why have a coffee machine that cannot be plugged in!? But this was the only issue, everything else was brilliant.

Great apartment in central JBR, Dubai

The Apartment is modern and beautifully done out. Ideal for 3 x work colleagues. It was clean and there was everything we needed. The location is very central in JBR to the Tram, restaurants and supermarkets. Host very responsive. Highly recommended

Very clean and modern property with all necessary amenities. Property management stayed in touch throughout to check everything was ok and one complimentary clean of the apartment was included. Privilee resort access was included for weekdays which was great as well as the apartment being in prime JBR the walk location.

It was splendid

The view was fantastic and the location was also very enticing . I loved the amenities and once we needed help they were quick to to respond. We had two car parks for our car . All in all it was a nice experience

Great stay and perfect location

We know the JBR area very well and stayed here on purpose as we love it. This is the perfect location close to the beach, the Marina, with many great restaurants nearby and anything else you would need: supermarket, pharmacy, playground, shops... This was our 2nd stay with Qstay, and this time the apartment was a bit less good than the 1st time, but it was a good place regardless, and staying in an apartment as a family is always more comfortable. Qstay is providing a great service, most of their staff is very helpful and flexible, they let us check-out later, which was great. We would rent again with them if we would require so, and I would recommend staying with them.

Some smaller items would need a bit of maintenance in the apartment. 41st floor was a bit of a hassle to reach with some of the lifts. The entry cards took a few days to be activated.
