Beautifully restored stone house located in the quiet area of Arbanasi in Zadar. The house was spotlessly clean, and the house had everything we needed for our family holiday.
Excellent location, only a few minutes from the beach and about 25 minutes walk to Zadar old town.
The few minor issues we had were dealt with promptly by the agent.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The pool is smaller than it looks, it's about 2.5 metres by 5 metres long. However, that's not really a gripe, as we all enjoyed the pool, which was great for a dip to cool down.

Stayed at this secluded stone house for a peaceful getaway. The garden and pool were lovely, perfect for relaxing. The house was beautifully restored, with modern amenities. The hospitality of the agent was excellent and they were very friendly and willing to help at all times. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil escape, close to the beach (6-7 min by foot) and Old town (20 min walk by the sea). Thanks for the nice stay.
One nearby dilapidated house might be an eyesore for some guests.

We had an amazing stay at this charming stone house with a lovely garden and pool. The garden was beautifully landscaped and provided the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather. The kitchen was well-equipped, bedrooms are comfortable, bathrooms are bit old school but everything was very clean.
The agent was friendly and helpful. The location was good, close to the sea, main bus station and the grocery store.
Overall, I was very satisfied with everything this accommodation had to offer and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.
No parking but this didn't bother us at all as we knew this in advance and the parking area (at Trg gospe loretske) was just 3-5 minutes walking distance.
