The situation including the view from the garden. The bbq was excellent.
From the website description you set out details of a bedroom and a kitchen. But there was no bedroom or kitchen. These facilities were part of a single room which was not big and also included a seating area with no dining table or chairs. The photographed folding table was very small and when you were seated was chin high with the available chairs. Not a comfortable way to eat meals. We were very fortunate to enjoy perfect summer weather so we were able to use the outside table and chairs.

The property was in a very good location, right down the road from the beach and shops, restaurants and only a small drive into takaka town centre.
