Location, friendly host, good and enough facilities, spacious apartment as two bedrooms ،
Hard to say something negative specifically when you consider the price, just I can say air-conditioning is not enough for this apartment, it was only one Aircon in the sitting room which was the small one, it was ok for the sitting room but, the bedrooms were a bit hot for sleeping. Small TV for this size of apartment,Water taps in the shower room were seized . . But I'm totally grateful about my stay there .

Аппартаменты в центре Еревана . В 10 минутах ходьбы от Площади Республика( площадь фонтанов). Есть всё необходимое- фен профессиональный , утюг, одноразовые средства гигиены . Елена и Григорий очень отзывчивые люди. Всегда на связи . Плюс - По такой цене сложно найти с Ереване достойное жилье . Одним словом - рекомендую !

Perfect location and spacious
Property needs a lot of work and tlc. Air conditioner only in the living room and inadequate for 35 degree days.
