Accoglienza perfetta. La casa è piccolina ma molto bella e pulita dotata di OGNI cosa e anche di più. Simone è molto disponibile e cordiale. Penso che sarà un mio punto di riferimento per i miei futuri viaggi a Pescara.

mi è piaciuto tutto, dalla posizione al prezzo, dalla cucina al bagno, veramente tutto super confortevole!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko dworca, blisko plaży, nie przy głównej ulicy. Działał ekspres do kawy a wszystko, co potrzebne było przygotowane.
Odbiór kluczy to gra miejska.... zajęła mi pół godziny i 2000 kroków. W apartamencie warto poprawić kilka rzeczy : przeczyścić odpływy - umywalka i prysznic, zamontować drzwi do kabiny prysznicowej, naprawić roletę okienną w sypialni i wymienić wypalone żarówki. Kabina prysznicowa wymaga porządnego czyszczenia.

Accoglienza gentile ma con parecchi margini di miglioramento. Posizione comoda. Spazi confortevoli. Disponibilità di cialde per il caffè.
Pulizia superficiale. Odore di fumo persistente. Assenza di prodotti per il bagno. Doccia senza porte. Consiglio di sistemare il chiavistello della porta per evitare intrusioni. Strada rumorosa.
