Le logement est très accueillant, l’espace est parfait pour tous types de séjours. Nous avons été ravis pour notre séjour à 3. Parfait pour tous types événements : la dispo de l’hôte, l’accueil chaleureux et la propreté du bien. C’était génial !

Catastrophique ! Nous sommes partis en pleine nuit pour aller à l’hôtel et l’hôte a refuser de nous rembourser les deux
Rien ! L appartement n’était pas celui annoncer en photo !
Tout ! Il y avait du linge à étendre sur le sèche linge dans le salon ! Tous les effets personnels de l’hôte était dans l appartement ( chaussures , brosse à dent , produits de toilettes etc etc )

Avis à fuir absolument — expérience inacceptable
Rien, j’en ai pas vu la moindre couleur.
Je n’ai même pas pu accéder au logement. Après avoir réservé et payé (1500€), le propriétaire m’a demandé une pièce d’identité, que je lui ai envoyée via son numéro personnel. Il a ensuite affirmé qu’elle était “fausse” sans justification, et m’a proposé un rendez-vous… après minuit. Ce que j’ai évidemment refusé, car j’avais réservé un logement en autonomie. Face à son refus de me donner accès, j’ai dû prendre une chambre d’hôtel à la dernière minute. Quand je l’ai recontacté, il m’a simplement demandé d’annuler la réservation, en sachant pertinemment que je ne serais pas remboursée. Je lui ai donc demandé d’annuler de son côté, ce qu’il a prétendu faire en appelant Booking. Il m’a assuré que j’allais être contactée le lendemain… ce qui n’est jamais arrivé. Et depuis : silence radio. Le plus grave reste ses propos discriminatoires : il m’a expliqué avoir déjà loué ce logement à une femme, et avoir trouvé des “Africains” à l’intérieur, ce qu’il ne voulait “plus revivre”. J’ai été profondément choquée par cette remarque raciste. J’ai donc porté plainte. Je déconseille vivement ce logement et m’étonne qu’une personne avec un tel comportement puisse encore proposer des hébergements sur cette plateforme.
