Location couldn’t be better, a two minute walk down the lane and you are in the town. Right next to a fab pub which served great food
There was a lot that needs doing in the cottage. Dirty rug, dirty blinds dirty curtains which needed hanging properly. Tv reception needs looking at as well. Window in the main bedroom doesn’t shut at the top so now has ivy growing into it. Floor by the fireplace needs a good clean it was filthy. Knives in the kitchen need sharpening couldn’t even cut toast. The whole cottage could do with a good deep clean.
