The location was excellent. The layout of the studio was great and the bed was comfortable.

You could not lock the wire door either at the entry or in the laundry, which meant that the property was not totally secure when you weren't there. The hot water system was hit and miss resulting in a cold shower, the first night we were there, not to mention the amount of water wasted trying to do the dishes, waiting for the water to get hot. It was ridiculous. Cupboard doors and drawers did not work properly. It was disappointing that there were no games or books to read, and extremely disturbing to find private mail in the bottom drawer in the kitchen. The coffee pods were not labelled, so you had no idea of the strength. Large ants invaded every night under the door at the entry point. I could not give a 5 star rating as for me that means everything is perfect. Somewhere between a 3 & 4 star rating
